The MSR is a primary personal representative between Mazuma and our Members. Their primary work is in building lasting relationships. This will be accomplished through creating the Mazuma Experience. Their work must exemplify Our Guiding Principles. It is critical that an MRG provides our internal and external Members with an experience that will exceed the Member's expectations.
As part of Mazuma team you help create and maintain a consistent and professional environment. Roles and behaviors make the Members feel welcomed, engaged and significant.
As the personal representative the MSR receives Members in person, by telephone, or by any electronic or written means. Through needs assessment, the MSR is able to provide Members with in-depth knowledge of various product options and is able to determine the nature of the Member's financial objective(s). The MRG will not only complete the Member's request and/or make appropriate referrals, but also engage in a conversation to determine the Member's dreams and aspirations.
