Role

This position will also ensure the team is consistently delivering an Amazing Member Experience, both internally and externally, through Mazuma's Sales and Service model.

The position, under the direction of the Member Relationship Center Leader, is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and supporting the completion of all online lending activity including, but not limited to, managing the daily functions of the department, workflows, processes, audits, and helps the leader ensure the team has the ability to meet or exceed all assigned goals and overall branch profitability; as well as meet or exceed all assigned goals and expectations. While primary responsibilities will be related to the lending functions, the position will be able to serve as a back-up with the department assistant leader's responsibilities when needed.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year proven success working in a high volume lending environment.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Specific experience: (e.g., ACH, IRA, Check Processing, loans, etc.)
Specific designations or preferred designations
Office applications: ( e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Synergy, etc.)

Education/Certifications/Licenses

High School diploma required. College degree preferred.

Interpersonal Skills

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications can involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
